Return and Exchange Policy

The right to return or exchange is guaranteed to all our customers and applies to all the products displayed in our store.
All products listed on our store are subject to the Return and Exchange Policy according to the terms and conditions stated on this page.
Returns or exchanges are accepted if the product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and still sealed in its original packaging.
Returns are allowed within three (3) days, and exchanges within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
Please contact us through the “Contact Us” page or via our phone numbers to request a return or exchange.
Please take a photo of the product and send it to us along with your city, address, and order number so it can be exchanged with another product in case it is damaged, defective, or not as agreed.
A full refund will be issued if the product received is completely different from the description shown on our website product page.
We are not responsible for any expectations regarding the use of the products by the client that were not stated on our product page.
A 30% fee or a minimum of 25 MAD will be deducted if the customer simply does not want the product and there is no defect or issue with it.
