When will my order arrive?
It depends on the shipping company chosen and the delivery agent. We provide a selection of shipping agents in several major cities. Usually, delivery takes between 1 to 3 days after the order is placed and confirmed.

Is delivery available outside the country?
Currently, the contracted shipping companies deliver only within the country and to a set of cities listed on the delivery page where all reachable cities by the shipping agents are shown.

You can request international delivery through the store team via WhatsApp to provide product weight information and pricing for international shipping agents not currently registered in the store.

What if there is a manufacturing defect in the product?
Please refer to the return policy to understand the terms of return and exchange. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed and return is agreed upon, the shipping cost to the company will be charged, and the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer. The product cost will not be charged to the customer according to the return policy.

I want to order large quantities. Is there a discount?
The store offers delivery service for large quantity orders. Discounts ranging from 10-20% are available on some products. You can contact us directly via the Contact Us page to inquire about quantities and discounts.
